1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Nosis platform, operated by Nosis Insights, you agree to these Terms of Use in full. If you disagree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Nosis is a platform that connects Latin American professionals with AI labs for reviewing, refining, and improving responses generated by language models. Access is granted by invitation or pre-registration.
3. Registration & Eligibility
To use Nosis you must be 18 or older and provide accurate information during registration. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform honestly and professionally. Providing false information, attempting to manipulate evaluation systems, or using the platform for unintended purposes is prohibited.
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including software, design, and brand, is owned by Nosis Insights. The output of your validation tasks is assigned to Nosis Insights for use in model training, in anonymized form.
6. Compensation
Compensation for training tasks, when applicable, will be communicated explicitly before the task is performed. Nosis Insights does not guarantee a minimum income or continuity of available tasks.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nosis Insights shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of continuous availability.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance via your registered email.
